Location: 2900 block of Woodland Grove Drive, Houston, TX
Victim Name: Julio Alberto Sifuentes

I am specifically requesting the unedited body-worn camera recordings captured by all officers present for the full duration of the incident, including audio recordings associated with the footage.

If any portion of the requested footage must be redacted, I ask that you clearly indicate the portions that have been redacted and provide an explanation of the legal basis for the redactions. If the requested footage is withheld in its entirety, please provide a detailed explanation citing relevant public records exemption(s).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

* The date and approximate time of the recording;
* The specific location where the recording occurred; and The name of one or more persons known to be a subject of the recording. We are closing our file on this matter. We will need to submit a new request with a new reference number if you should find the information.
