Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:
I would like to obtain all email records sent to, from, or copied to Rick Scott's government email address containing at least one of the following non-case-sensitive keywords: "EB-5". Please search from January 1, 2014 to Present Day.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you for getting back with us. I was reaching out regarding your request and the size of the initial results we have thus far. In our initial findings, there are somewhere in the ballpark of 4,000 pages of records. These are mostly emails with attachments. If we were to process your records without the attachments, the number drops to around 400 pages of records. What I wanted to speak with you about was to see if you were interested in receiving the records without the attachments, and after your review if there were to be an attachment you wanted we would be more than happy to provide it. Doing so would enable us to provide these records for you quicker. Please let me know which direction you would like to go, and we will continue processing your request.
