Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of any police report (including any records referenced in the report, such as photographs, body camera recordings, or other records) concerning any alleged violation of Sec. 13-5(22) ("Any person who insults any police officer on the streets, public roads or other places while in the performance of his lawful duties or who makes derogatory or insulting remarks either to or about any police officer, or makes any sign, motion or gesture calculated to insult or humiliate such police officer or officers"). This request is limited to records generated on or after January 1, 2010.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
