We are looking for all documents related to Santa Clara contract with Accela to purchase Accela TideMark software, including the original contract, the date, implementation and maintenance costs, total cost, contract duration, and all services rendered.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Dear Vonna,
Thank you for your message. We are talking about the original contract between Santa Clara's Community Development department and Accela for TideMark software. We are not sure when the contract was signed, but if you look at the City of Santa Clara Enterprise Catalogue you will find a line item for Accela Tidemark permitting software. That is the contract we are looking for.

Following up on your request below.
Please find attached the City of Santa Clara Council Agenda report from council meeting on 8/5/1997 for the Approval of First Phase Partial Payment on Smart Permits and the Common Design Phase Scope of Work / Cost Summary document.
This is the only contract document that we have available regarding the Tidemark software installation. All other contract documents have been destroyed per our city retention schedule (attached).
