Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:

Email logs for Assistant District Attorney Emily Shanahan between April 15, 2021 thru December 31, 2021.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

My office continues to receive notices that I have failed to comply with your request and asking when that you will receive my response. Please note that you submitted two requests for emails, one for ADA Lisa Borrelli and one for ADA Emily Shanahan. In responding to the Borrelli request on January 6, 2023, I included the emails related for both because that is how I received them from our server search, and I noted that in my previous response. I did not upload to this page, and that may be where the error has occurred. Accordingly, I will upload that response again to see if it clears up the issue. Thank you,
