Any personnel record photos kept of Special Agent [Gerald] Ryan Long, such as a photo(s) that would be used in an employee index or yearbook to identify him visually and by name.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Once more, pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 50-18-72(a)(25)(A)(iv), “Records the disclosure of which would compromise security against sabotage or criminal or terrorist acts and the nondisclosure of which is necessary for the protection of life, safety, or public property, and shall be limited to the following: (iv) any plan, blueprint, or other material which if made public could compromise security against sabotage, criminal, or terroristic acts;” are not releasable.
The GBI Office of Privacy and Compliance now considers this Open Records Request to be closed.
