All documents all, about or concerning Walter Mercado Salinas (9 March 1932 – 2 November 2019). Proof of death can be found at the below link and is also attached. Walter Mercado also used the stage name Shanti Ananda so please search for records using the following names: "Santi Ananda" "Walter Mercado" and "Walter Salinas". Proof of death can be found here and thus there are no applicable b6 exemptions. I ask that you review this matter as I believe it was the case of an improper search by the FBI. I know the Bureau routinely keeps clippings from news stories in its files for numerous reasons. I further know that the subject, Walter Mercado was a prolific public speaker and TV personality who appeared on TV nightly for almost 30 years. Therefore, I believe these records should exists and that the Bureau performed an inadequate search for records. I specified that they do a cross reference search but I have no way to know if they did or not.
