Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
FOIA logs for years 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

Hi Shawn,
We have received your public records request dated 10/01/2020, requesting FOIA logs from years 2016 to 2020. We are currently processing your request.
We received a prior request from you on May 1, 2020, requesting FOIA logs for years 2017 to 2019. We fulfilled this request on June 1, 2020, providing to you the FOIA logs for years 2018 and 2019. At that time we advised you that our agency did not maintain FOIA logs for the year 2017 and prior. To avoid duplicate work, we will be providing you with the current FOIA logs for the year 2020. As with the previous request, we anticipate waiving fees for this request.
