Under Oregon’s Public Records law, any person may request that Multnomah
County provide copies or access to written documents and materials. The
request must:

Be in writing.
-
Include contact information.
-
Clearly state what records are sought.
-
Be directed to the appropriate person as required by ORS 192.324(7) and
per Multnomah County policy. See,
https://multco.us/public-records-request.
There may be a fee to cover staff time researching and retrieving the
documents and payment is required before the County will produce the
records. The fee may be reduced or waived if it is determined it is in the
interest of the public, such as for representatives of the news media.
Please review your request in light of these requirements, assuring we have
your name and direct contact information including an email address. And
resubmit your request to the appropriate person; we have a web page with
relevant information as to how to direct such requests:
