From:

Dear Ms. Wadhwa,

On November 5th, 2024 the Multnomah County Attorney's Office received a
public records request dated October 25, 2024 and addressed to "OPRL
Office", an office that does not exist, seeking training materials used in
the past 4 years (January 1, 2020 through January 1, 2024) "that mention
excited delirium/agitated delirium/bell's mania/lethal catatonia."

The Multnomah County Attorney's Office is not the custodian of records for
any such training materials. Nonetheless, your request was forwarded to the
Multnomah County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) so that it could conduct a review
of their training materials over the requested time period and provide you
with any relevant, non-exempt records.

Appended to this message are the records uncovered by MCSO's training
division that are responsive to your request. MCSO has indicated that these
materials were used through the spring of this year, at which point the
references to excited/agitated delirium have apparently been removed.

To expedite records requests in the future you can visit Multnomah County's
Public Records Center
