I am writing to request access to records under the Indiana Access to Public Records Act, Indiana Code §§ 5-14-3-1 et seq.

In particular, we are submitting a commercial FOIA request to Ball State University for an existing, already maintained electronic record (without copying, scanning, or printing) of purchase orders dated 2015-06-15 onward. The information requested is:

1. Purchase order number or equivalent
2. Purchase date
3. Line item details
4. Line item quantity
5. Line item price
6. Vendor ID number, name, address, contact person, and email address.

Importantly, a similar request was recently made by SmartProcure and you might already have files referencing this information.
