Pursuant to the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
-The contract and statement of work between the city of Muskegon Heights and Vigilant Solutions. Vigilant Solutions is a biometrics company which supplies facial recognition and automatic license plate recognition, owned by Motorola Solutions, whose name might also be on the contract.
-Any promotional materials, fact sheets, or presentations made to the city of Muskegon Heights and its police force by Vigilant Solutions or Motorola Solutions.
-I also request all emails of police officials' correspondence with Vigilant Solutions. This can be accomplished by an email keyword search for "@vigilantsolutions.com"

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
