Good afternoon Mr. Steinbaugh,

Upon review of your email request dated June 5, 2024 and in preparation for the City's response, I noticed that request #4 asks for records from 2023, but the others state 2024.
If you would confirm for my clarification for a proper records search of the years you seek, it would be helpful to satisfy your request.

I appreciate your time.

Thank you
Gary

Mr. Ordway --

My apologies for the delayed response. Yes, the difference in dates (2023 in the fourth category) is intentional.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can do to clarify the request.

Best,

Adam Steinbaugh
