To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the New Hampshire Right to Know Law, I hereby request the following records:

1) Copies of all contracts entered into by the Nashua Police Department and/or School Department since Jan. 1, 2012 for social media monitoring tools that allow the department(s) to track posts on social media by individual, topic, geographic area, or other parameter.

2) Copies of any guides or user manuals for social media monitoring tools in the department(s)' possession.

I ask that all fees be waived as I am a journalist and intend to use the requested records to publish articles in the public interest.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
