Mr. Hoover, I need to amend the response that I sent on Tuesday. The Department of Law determined that it would not furnish defense counsel or indemnify Officer Corey Stromatt in the case of Phillip Kellogg v. Metropolitan Government, Ram Partners, LLC, First Circuit Court Case No. 16C2133.
