Pursuant to the Tennessee Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Metadata for email communications where John Drake is either the sender, recipient, CC'ed, or BCC'ed, sent between the dates of 1/1/2021 and 2/22/2023 and containing at least one of the following keywords: "Fusus", "Ring", "cameras", or "Real Time Crime Center."

The specific metadata data points I'm interested in are: to address(es), from address, cc address(es), bcc address(es), sent date/time, received date/time, subject line, and names of all attachments. This request does not seek the contents of the emails themselves, and only the specified email metadata. Please do not include duplicate emails. Please provide me with the records in an Excel format.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Here is a response to your request:

The Metro Contract with Fusus with all costs and other attachments are publicly available from the Metro Nashville website; https://documents.nashville.gov/Request/Form/Contracts

All information available from Fusus about their camera sharing program can be found at https://connectmetronashville.com . Any agreements are between the entity and fusus.

We do not have a record of any list of entities sharing cameras, since the portal in which fusus provides has a geographical display of information, and any entity cameras on the map are placed there by Fusus. Fusus maintains the list of entities they have signed up into the program.
