From: Greg Trout
To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to Tennessee's Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Actual copies or histories of all water and sewer bills (including consumption and billed amounts, as well as applicable rate schedules) for the previous 12 months for any and all accounts or meters tied to customers spending over $50,000 annually on sewer services.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Greg Trout

You sent this to a police department, can I ask what makes you think we handle water and sewer billing??
From: Greg Trout
I'm not entirely sure why this request ended up with the police department - I apologize for the confusion. Please feel free to disregard; I will see that this reaches the correct point of contact.
Thank you,
Greg Trout
