Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting access to all available body-worn camera footage related to the May 3, 2023, arrest of Amandeep Singh following a fatal DUI crash that killed two 14-year-old boys in Long Island, New York.

Suspect: Amandeep Singh (36 years old)
Incident Summary:
Singh was driving a Dodge Ram pickup truck the wrong way when he crashed into an Alfa Romeo carrying four teenage tennis players.
Two 14-year-old victims, Drew Hassenbein and Ethan Falkowitz, were killed on impact.
The other two teenage passengers survived with injuries.
Singh attempted to flee the scene and hid in a dumpster before being apprehended by police.
Requested Footage:
Bodycam footage from all officers who:
- Located and arrested Amandeep Singh near the dumpster.
- Conducted Singh’s initial questioning at the scene.
- Administered sobriety tests or breathalyzer.
- Transported Singh to jail or processed him at the station.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
