Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
respectfully request access to all public records pertaining to the January 31, 2024 arrest of Oriana Bush, age 23, in Hempstead, New York, following an attempted traffic stop and alleged physical resistance that resulted in injuries to one or more Nassau County detectives.
Specifically, I am requesting the following:
All body-worn camera footage from responding officers and detectives involved in the traffic stop and arrest.
All dash camera footage from police vehicles present during the stop or subsequent arrest.
All rear-seat (in-cruiser) camera footage, particularly during transport or detainment.
