A copy of all complaints lodged against Independent Mental Health Practitioners Peter Brewer (397) and Cheryl Brewer (449).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you for your email of May 12, 2018, requesting: "A copy of all complaints lodged against Independent Mental Health Practitioners Peter Brewer (397) and Cheryl Brewer (449). DHHS records responsive to your public records request are attached. Please be advised that public records law allows for a charge for the actual cost of collecting, reproducing, and mailing the records you have requested; however there is no cost for this request.

DHHS is withholding any complaints, reports, or investigation records pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. 38-1,106. The following additional information has been withheld: physical signatures (names still visible).

If you believe the withholding of information requested is in error, you have the right, pursuant to Nebraska Revised Statute ยง 84-712.03, to appeal the decision by filing for relief by a writ of mandamus in the District Court in Lancaster County, Nebraska or to petition the Nebraska Attorney General for review of this denial. For the purpose of an appeal, Russ Fosler is the State official responsible for the decision to deny any portion of your request.
