Pursuant to the Nebraska Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Douglas County Grand Jury, which was convened to investigate crimes connected with the collapse of the Franklin Community Federal Credit Union in Omaha, Nebraska. Any and all records, including but not limited to, reports, transcripts, letters, witness lists, evidence, and other correspondence. The grand jury was convened and charged on March 19, 1990 and appeared to end on July 23, 1990.
