Dear Mr. Richardson,

We are hoping to have a response to you within two weeks. We are still working on responding to multiple requests. Your request is currently being processed by one of our researchers. As we have understood your request, it requires us to search all employee e-mails for those sent to the American Legislative Exchange Council or containing the search terms you have requested, as well as searching for other communications to the American Legislative Exchange Council or containing the search terms you have requested. An initial search for documents and/or communications on our shared drive yielded no responsive documents. Once we are able to complete our e-mail searches, we will provide those responsive documents to you.

Sincerely,

Sarah Bradley

Dear Mr. Richardson:

In preparing a response to your request, I have not been able to locate responsive paper correspondence. We have run an e-mail search and identified e-mails that may be responsive to your request. However, we are currently experiencing some technical issues with our e-mail search program which is delaying my review of those e-mails to determine which are responsive to your request. I hope to have a response to you very soon and not later than two weeks from now.

I apologize for the delay. Please know that my goal is to provide you with a response to your request as soon as possible.

Thank you!
