The grant application and other corresponding documents of Brightline West for the high speed train development serving Las Vegas and Southern California from 2023 to present. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you for your recent request for public records or information concerning NDOT. Pursuant to NRS 239.0107, we acknowledge receipt. Your request has been assigned tracking # 24-995. Please include this number in any future communications with our office so we might better assist you.
Your request is important to us, and we will do our best to fulfill it as soon as possible. You can expect receipt of your requested documents or response indicating that we do not have responsive records by the close of business on November 5, 2024.
Be advised that due to the volume and scope of the requests NDOT receives, availability of staff for research, and accessibility to some records, additional time may be required to fulfill your request. You will be notified in writing on or before the anticipated delivery date if an extension is needed. If we cannot ascertain the specific documents or information you desire, we will contact you for clarification. In some cases, records will need to be reviewed in person either in Carson City or another NDOT office.
Pursuant to NRS 239, NDOT is authorized to charge for copies and flash drives, and we will provide an estimate and request prior payment before further processing, if required.
