Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
-Any reports of violations for solid waste management in Clark County from 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 which can be found in Clark County Code Chapter 9.04.320.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Michelle Laquindanum:
You submitted a public records request stating, "Any reports of violations for solid waste management in Clark County from 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 which can be found in Clark County Code Chapter 9.04.320." The response is that there are none with this agency, as the Southern Nevada Health District is not a county agency and does not enforce county code. I recommend that you contact either the Clark County Code Enforcement at 702-455-4191 or the Clark County District Attorney at 702-671-2500 regarding enforcement actions of Clark County Code Chapter 9.04.320.
For the purposes of clarity, the Southern Nevada Health District is a political subdivision of the state and its own local government.
