3) All complaints, inspections and monitoring reports for the Reno Sparks Gospel Mission from January 2010 - October 2019.
4) All complaints, inspections and monitoring reports for Bristlecones Family Resource (Reno) from January 2010 - October 2019.
5) All complaints, inspections and monitoring reports for Step 2 (Reno) from January 2010 - October 2019.
6) All complaints, inspections and monitoring reports for New Frontier (Fallon) from January 2010 - October 2019.
7) All complaints, inspections and monitoring reports for Sierra Recovery Center from January 2010 - October 2019.
8) All complaints, inspections and monitoring reports for the Vitality Center (Elko)from January 2010 - October 2019.
9) All complaints, inspections and monitoring reports for the Community Counseling Center (Carson City) from January 2010 - October 2019.
10) All complaints, inspections and monitoring reports for the Salvation Army (Reno) from January 2010 - October 2019.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
