Nevada Human Trafficking Arrest Records

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any records of arrests made in the state of Nevada during the years 2017, 2018, and 2019; of crimes being charged as human trafficking, including but not limited to, crimes of (1) involuntary servitude and (2) commercial sex trafficking. Additionally, please provide a breakdown of any demographics your agency possesses, including the age, gender, race, and any other pertinent data. Additionally, please provide any available data on the time and locations of each arrest made.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
