The Nevada System of Higher Education ("NSHE") is in receipt of your public record request submitted on Sunday, March 27, 2022, wherein you requested, "All complaints made to the UNR Board of Regents regarding the mandate of the COVID-19 vaccines for enrollment."
Pursuant to NRS 239.0107, NSHE has five (5) business days to provide the requested materials or to provide a timeline in which it will produce the records. However, the scope of your request is overly broad and too vague for NSHE to make a determination if it possesses responsive records.
Please be advised that members of the public have expressed complaints at several of the past Board of Regent Meetings. The audio and video from those meetings is located at: https://nshe.nevada.edu/leadership-policy/board-of-regents/board-meeting-archive/. As of approximately December 2021, the written submitted public comments have no longer been read into the record. Copies of those comments are also located on the website at the above link.
Accordingly, this request will be closed and NSHE's response time will be recalculated based on any new submissions or your clarification.
