Revised Uniform Athlete Agents Act Violation Records

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

In reference to the CHAPTER 398A - REVISED UNIFORM ATHLETE AGENTS ACT:

All records of disciplinary actions taken against sports agents including the following from January 1, 2023 to March 10, 2025:

-Issues of an order against the person to cease and desist
-Censures the person if he or she is a registered athlete agent
-Suspensions, revocations or refusals to renew the registration of the person as an athlete agent
-Issues of an order against the person imposing an administrative fine

All notifications from educational institutions on violations as well January 1, 2023 to March 10, 2025.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
