–A list of every hospital, clinic, or other institution that provides sexual assault forensic exams administered by a certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Good morning,
Our bureau of Health Care Quality and Compliance (HCQC) does not have any information to fulfill this request. HCQC does not capture information about whether the facility provides sexual assault forensic exams administered by a certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE). HCQC doesn’t collect this type of data from our licensed hospitals and/or any other licensed facilities, let alone facilities we don’t regulate.
You may want to reach out to the Board of Nursing, who has oversight in licensing nurses.
