Sports Athlete Agent Application Records

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

In reference to NRS: CHAPTER 398A - REVISED UNIFORM ATHLETE AGENTS ACT:

All records pertaining to the applications and registrations of athlete agents in the state of Nevada.

All records pertaining to denial of applications of athlete agents in the state of Nevada, as relevant to NRS 398A.220.

I am requesting records filed between March 10, 2023, and the date of this request.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
