Pursuant to Delaware's Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Copies of documents in the possession of the City of New Castle related to a study of the New Castle City Police Department conducted by James Nolan of J.T. Nolan Associates to include: (1) a copy of the complete report or study to include all attachments; (2) any secondary documents or information provided by J.T. Nolan Associates to the City of New Castle to support any findings or conclusion in the report or study; (3) copies of any invoices, purchases orders or statements related to the payment of services from the City of New Castle to J.T. Nolan Associates; and (4) documents that detail any meetings or discussions by council members or other city officials regarding the findings of the study.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.
