Pursuant to the New Hampshire Right to Know Law, I hereby request the following records:
1) The most recent of any regularly issued report created by or provided to your department documenting fees for community supervision collected by your staff or by any other entity tasked with performing collections for your agency
2) The most recent of any regularly issued report created by or provided to your department documenting unpaid fees for community supervision owed to your department.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Hi Emily,
I do not seem to have this request but I can work on it for you. As I am the only staff member in public information currently And have multiple requests ahead of this I am estimating it could take 90 days to complete. If releasable data is gathered ahead of the estimation it will be forwarded.
