Specifically, I request information regarding the following:

- Communications, including internal emails, press releases, and meeting notes and transcripts, that include the phrase "commercial drivers' license"

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Ms. Seavey,

Thank you for your response. To check, does NHDOT oversee anything in regards to CDLs?

Best,
Rachel

From: New Hampshire Department Of Transportation

Hello Rachel,

The NHDOT does not – the Department of Motor Vehicles oversees DCL licensing and registration for the commercial vehicles. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration is also involved in some CDL oversight.

Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (dot.gov)<https://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/>

Commercial Driver Licenses | NH Division of Motor Vehicles<https://www.dmv.nh.gov/drivers-licensenon-driver-ids/commercial-driver-licenses>

I hope this helps you find what you are looking for.
Have a wonderful rest of your day,
