Pursuant to the New Hampshire Right to Know Law, I hereby request the following records:

All contracts, licenses, MOUs, MOAs, data agreements, letters of intent, State of Work documents, Scope of Work documents, and other agreement documents with Fusus.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

I am in the process of trying to determine if there are responsive records to your request below pursuant to RSA 91-A. Our internal reference to this request is web 1159 (2023); it’s helpful for us if you use that in future correspondence. In light of the scope of your request, the workloads, and availability of personnel participating in the processing of your request, I will need until May 30 to update you on the status of this request in accordance with RSA 91-A and applicable case law. Of course, if I am able to provide you with records or an update prior to that time, I will certainly do so.

Thank you for the clarification. I am in the process of trying to determine if there are responsive records to your request below pursuant to RSA 91-A. In light of the scope of your request, the workloads, and availability of personnel participating in the processing of your request, we will need until October 20 to update you on the status of this request in accordance with RSA 91-A and applicable case law. I expect that by that date, I will be able to let you know whether we have any responsive records and how long it will take to either gather them or provide them. Of course, if we are able to provide you with an update or any records prior to that time, we will certainly do so.
