Pursuant to the New Hampshire "Access to Government Records and Meetings" Statute (RSA Ch. 91-A), I hereby request the following records:
–A list of every hospital, clinic, or other institution that provides sexual assault forensic exams administered by a certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Good afternoon. I am writing in response to the RSA 91-A Request for Information submitted by Vanessa Nason. Specifically, she requested "a list of every hospital, clinic or other institution that provides sexual assault forensic exams administered by a certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE)". Please note that the Department of Health and Human Services does not maintain such a list. You may want to check with the New Hampshire Board of Nursing or the New Hampshire Hospital Association as it is possible that they main maintain such a list.
