Pursuant to the New Hampshire Right to Know Law, I hereby request the following records:
all records and documents held by the New Hampshire State Police regarding a Tesla crash that occurred on 12/26/2018.
According to media reports the crash happened on Perry Road in Rindge, NH at around 8:13pm.
“A 2017 Tesla Model X had been traveling eastbound on Perry Road when it left the roadway, struck a tree, and split in two. The vehicle had then ignited. The occupants were initially assisted by private citizens in the area, as emergency services responded.”
Travis Olson, 17, was the driver and was hospitalized. There was two passengers Chelsea Holombo, 17, and Nina Colasanto, 19.
The records requested include but is not limited to:
Incident report
Investigative records (interview transcripts, scene models)
CAD report
All video and audio recordings (dash cam, body cam, mobile video, interviews, video of the scene)
All photos
Radio dispatch recordings
911 calls
After action reports

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
