Attached, please find documents in the Department's possession responsive to your request for: "Any and all records of correspondence regarding the government contract with the Stephen Group." This is first of 6 emails (given the size of the files). Please confirm receipt of all 6 emails, as it's possible one or more may not get through your server due to the large size.
As to your request for "any correspondence between the Dept. of Education and the Governor's office regarding the Stephen Group," the Department is in possession of responsive material, but it will not be provided pursuant to RSA 91-A:5, IV, as the responsive material is subject to executive privilege.
Again, 5 emails will follow, each with attachments.
Best,
Chris Bond
