Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All emails sent to, sent by, CC'd to, or BCC'd to Kieran Barrett between October 7, 2023 and December 14, 2023 with a subject line containing the phrase "Montclair State Protests and Incidents."

Please include any attachments to these emails. If any part of these documents are exempt from disclosure, please be sure to review and release all reasonably segregable nonexempt portions of responsive documents.
