Communications
From: David Bixenspan
To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Documents and communications about train service for WrestleMania 35 at MetLife Stadium, including but not limited to discussions of train service being extended to the stadium for the event and WWE letting NJT know that the event would run past midnight. An NJT spokesman told NJ.com that the end time had been communicated to them as 10:30 p.m., only to be told the night before that it would run until closer to 12:30 a.m.: https://www.nj.com/news/2019/04/nj-transit-blames-wwe-after-thousands-of-wrestlemania-fans-stranded-in-the-rain.html (A copy is also attached to this request.) I request copies of all communications alluded to in this article.
This request is part of my work as a reporter for Deadspin and as a result, I request a fee waiver if necessary.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
David Bixenspan

To whom it may concern,
The responsive documents were supposed to be released Wednesday (June 19th), but still have not been sent out. If you cannot release them by email by end of business Monday (June 24th), can you please provide a more concrete final estimated time of arrival? Or do I need to give consideration to filing an appeal?
Thanks,
David Bixenspan
