Pursuant to the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
I seek all records concerning any contracts, agreements, memoranda of understanding, or other written instruments between the state of New Mexico and Amazon or any other subsidiaries regarding the following Amazon fulfillment centers, including but not limited to any agreements concerning taxation or the provision of any municipal resources:

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.

The EDD has no documents or emails related to this project. There is no state assistance nor are there any state incentives related to the Amazon project. The company made no requests to the EDD and there have been no communications.
