From: Mark Brito

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am attempting to resolve my identity theft issue, as there are already 3 misdemeanors and one felony on my name, as my brother continues to commit crime. Walking into a police station results in noting, as I've tried twice. Can someone escalate to perhaps a lieutenant. I'd prefer email because officers have been deliberately lying to me, saying the don't take mugshots to prove it wasn't me, when I found the mugshots online, and another offer said it was me, via visual identification, while I have proof. I've attached my proof. I am unsure what channels, but I'd like to get a report for identity theft. Kindly resolve. My case and evidence is summarized at: https://tinyurl.com/MarkBritoVsStateOfNMSlides and https://tinyurl.com/MarkBritoVsStateOfNMCases

Cordially,

-Mark Brito

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.
