Pursuant to the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act, I hereby request the following documents:

Any and all correspondence to or from employees of the Office of the Governor from email addresses with the domain name "@rga.org" and any and all correspondence to or from employees of the Office of the Governor that reference the term "Republican Governors Association" or "RGA." This includes - but is not limited to -- any and all email, invitations, schedules, agendas and/or calendar items. I hereby request such correspondence from 6/1/16 to the present. If you need any clarification on this request, please call me at International Business Times at (646) 867-7100. I am the senior editor for investigations at the publication.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.

Of these records, the Office of the Governor is redacting personal protected identifying information pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 14-2-1(B), and is withholding three (3) documents entirely for Attorney/Client privilege pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 14-2-1(A)(8) and Rule 11-503 NMRA. The decision to withhold documents was made by me.
