Pursuant to the Louisiana Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

1. A copy of all reported potholes and road hazards submitted to the New Orleans Department of Public Works, including but not limited to, the location, date of the report, and details of the issue from January 1st, 2022 to the date this request is fulfilled.

2. Records of response times for addressing reported potholes, including the time from initial reporting to resolution.

3. Reports of any backlog or pending pothole repair requests, including reasons for delays if applicable.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within the next 5 days.
