I am a student at Tulane University conducting research regarding the management of plastic waste generated during the city's Mardi Gras celebrations. To enhance the depth of my investigation, I kindly request access to public records that can provide insight into the waste disposal and recycling processes, strategies, and initiatives associated with Mardi Gras plastic waste.

- Contracts, agreements, or Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) between the - New Orleans Department of Sanitation and waste management companies or contractors responsible for Mardi Gras waste management.
- Communications, including emails, memos, and reports, exchanged between the New Orleans Department of Sanitation and relevant stakeholders (e.g., waste management companies) concerning Mardi Gras plastic waste management plans and strategies.
- Any records or reports detailing the methods employed for the disposal or recycling of plastic waste generated during Mardi Gras celebrations, including assessments of their environmental impact.
- Documentation related to initiatives, programs, or measures aimed at reducing the environmental impact of Mardi Gras plastic waste and promoting sustainability.
