Minutes and meeting files from 1/1/2019 until the date this request is completed for all meetings between district/school administrators, superintendent(s) or district/school attorney(s) and AASA, The School Superintendents Association (AASA) including staff, officers, representatives, agents or third parties working on behalf of AASA, documenting proceedings of meetings, including minutes, meeting notes, agendas, calendars, background materials, recordings, and other records.

Please be sure to include any documentation regarding significant policy or decision making or significant events, or dealing with legal precedents or significant legal issues, which have a permanent retention period per the Retention and Disposition Schedule for New York Local Government Records (LGS-01). Additionally, please include documentation containing routine legal, fiscal or administrative information which have a 6 year retention period, along with documentation that has no fiscal, legal or administrative value which have not been deleted by the date this request is received.

Please keep in mind, pursuant to the Retention and Disposition Schedule for New York Local Government Records (LGS-01): Any record listed in this Schedule for which a Freedom of Information (FOIL) request has been received should not be destroyed until that request has been answered and until any potential appeal is made and resolved, even if the retention period of the record has passed.

registration fee *(the flights listed were for another organization's
conference, ASCD).* The AASA conference was for general educational
purposes, and our staff did not attend meetings where there were agendas,
minutes, or any other documents created. Therefore, as stated in our
original response, please note that there are no responsive records for
this request, and we believe we have fully and diligently completed your
request.

Subject: New York Freedom of Information Law Request: AASA Meeting Minutes,
Files & Documents (Bethlehem Central School District, Delmar)
To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the
following records:

Minutes and meeting files from 1/1/2019 until the date this request is
completed for all meetings between district/school administrators,
superintendent(s) or district/school attorney(s) and AASA, The School
Superintendents Association (AASA) including staff, officers,
representatives, agents or third parties working on behalf of AASA,
documenting proceedings of meetings, including minutes, meeting notes,
agendas, calendars, background materials, recordings, and other records.

Please be sure to include any documentation regarding significant policy or
decision making or significant events, or dealing with legal precedents or
significant legal issues, which have a permanent retention period per the
Retention and Disposition Schedule for New York Local Government Records
(LGS-01). Additionally, please include documentation containing routine
legal, fiscal or administrative information which have a 6 year retention
period, along with documentation that has no fiscal, legal or
administrative value which have not been deleted by the date this request
is received.

Please keep in mind, pursuant to the Retention and Disposition Schedule for
New York Local Government Records (LGS-01): Any record listed in this
Schedule for which a Freedom of Information (FOIL) request has been
received should not be destroyed until that request has been answered and
until any potential appeal is made and resolved, even if the retention
period of the record has passed.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and
this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform
me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer
the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or
CD-ROM if not.
