Buying particular human-use soaps

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

A copy of the purchase order or something showing the product name, identifier, quantity, price, and seller for:
• soap intended for washing hands located in the room containing toilet and sink for public use;
• soap intended for washing body, face, and/or hair normally given to the patient and/or public using the shower, or to be located in the room containing shower;
• soap intended for washing hand before a surgical operation;
• soap intended for washing hand of worker exposed to patient and/or to infectious material;
• soap intended for washing hand of food handler.

These soaps are intended to be used at NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue. Some soaps may come with the admission kit and/or amenity kit.

The date of sending the purchase order, purchasing soap, or the agreement happening is from January 1, 2018 to October 1, 2019. I am requesting only 1 soap buying record for each soap purchased during those times. For example, if 4 purchase order contains the same soap, I only need 1 purchase order.

I am requesting records for soaps that are normally purchased for those uses instead of all soaps. Creating record that shows the information instead of searching for the existing record is fine.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Do the vendor provide the soap that may be found near sink in place where the emergency department is? https://www.google.com/maps/@40.740961,-73.6421385,3a,54.3y,340.67h,77.27t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1sAF1QipOdjnJzFWYYaEa_Y0FJNPTAmiJUaMwvbY0YF0YN!2e10!3e11!7i13312!8i6656 (4.png). The sink could be in the hallway.

How can I use the Freedom of Information Law to know what those soaps are?
