Delay on congestion pricing

Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

1. Any and all communications (including but not limited to emails, text messages, memorandums, and meeting notes) regarding the governor's June 5 to delay congestion pricing, sent between April 1, 2024 and the date this request is acknowledged, from any of the following people:

Gov. Kathy Hochul
Chief of Staff Stacy Lynch
Communications Director Anthony Hogrebe
Director of State Operations Kathryn Garcia
Deputy Chief of Staff Ivan Acosta
Senior Policy Advisor for Transportation Natalie Millsatein

2. Any studies conducted by the governor's office on the impact of congestion pricing between January 1, 2022 and the date this request is acknowledged.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

This office has conducted a diligent search of available records, and responsive records to part 1 of your request are now available in the Records Access Center portal. FOIL Records Request - R001165-060924 Records that respond to part 1 of your request have been redacted and/or withheld pursuant to the following provisions of the Public Officers Law (“POL”):
