Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

All New York State Police disciplinary records identifying Rodger Kirsopp as a subject.

For specificity and to rule out possible duplicates, the subject Kirsopp is a Senior Investigator with the New York State Police. Upon information and belief, his approximate year of birth is 1972; he has served in Troop G, Clifton Parks Barracks.

In accordance with the Chapter 96 Laws of New York of 2020 (that repealed §50-a, Civil Rights Law and amended §§86, 87 & 89, Public Officers Law), police disciplinary records to be released upon request include the following:

• Complaints, allegations, and charges against an employee;
• Name of the employee complained of or charged;
• Transcripts of any disciplinary trial or hearing, including any exhibits introduced at such trial or hearing;
• Disposition of any disciplinary proceeding;
• Final written opinion or memorandum supporting the disposition and discipline imposed including the agency's complete factual findings and its analysis of the conduct and appropriate discipline of the covered employee.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
