Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

Any existing documents (staffing charts, lists of departments, directories) outlining the organizational structure of the MTA Long Island Rail Road Engineering Department (the organizational unit reporting to the Senior Vice President, Engineering), including all employees down to the lowest possible level, such as Foreman.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Ms. Lund,

I believe that LIRR does maintain some documentation of the organizational structure of the LIRR Engineering Department. I had previously requested documentation of LIRR's entire organizational structure in 2017, and received a document with over sixty pages of charts from you on July 19, 2017, which included some parts of the Engineering Department's structure. Please let me know if this helps to clarify my request.
