Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:
Copies of Senate expense records (vouchers, receipts, invoices and other documentation), where the associated voucher numbers match the following:

In addition, copies of any other expense records (vouchers and associated invoices) where payee includes Loeb & Loeb LLP, dated from calendar years 2011 through 2015.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

This is to acknowledge receipt of your email dated April 10, 2018
pursuant to the Freedom of Information Law.
There has been some confusion relating to your Freedom of Information
requests / emails and hope the below information clarifies the situation.
You are requesting miscellaneous information relating to New York
State Senate expense records (vouchers, receipts, invoices and other
documentation) for specific voucher numbers listed. You are also
requesting copies of expense records relating to “Loeb & Loeb LLP” for the
years 2011 through 2015.
In our response letter dated January 29, 2018 we were explicit that
we have no record of receipt of a previous request dated January 11, 2018.
On February 20, 2018 we responded indicating records were available with a
page count and check due in the amount of $2.50. In the string of emails
on February 22, 2018 it is stated “please find enclosed a check for $2.50
to satisfy the fee associated with the attached public records request”.
Please be advised payment has not been received in my office to date.
I have attached a copy of the Senate’s Rules and Regulations Relating
to the Public Inspection and Copying of Legislative Records for your
information.
